It’s government land leased to the hunting company.

Why should this guy get to trespass and raise a competing species to buffalo on it?

Why do they keep them off the national park land?

I get that it’s not being enforced equally, but I don’t think that a Masai has some unalienable right to raise a cow wherever he pleases, either.
