Totally agree. We need election donation reform. Letting these super-rich assholes influence US elections via millions of dollars of donations is a plague. We ought to put a stop to it. On both sides.

effectively it should be $1 million (adjusted) - to both -- nothing more -- no PACs, and ALL NAMES must be publicly available -

JefffiveIt seems to me we once had laws that limited campaign donations and a Supreme Court majority, all of whom were appointed by Republican Presidents, decided that money equals speech and threw them out...

well, he hasn't quite been a federal employee long enough to amass enough funds to spend $100M from those earning sources -- I think he's have to run for congress and subscribe to aunt nancy's stock tips, but might take him a bit long than 60 days
hmm, and in his role as a private citizen, he can invest however he likes --
