Well, the House was posed to pass a Bill that would prevent any such regulations.

However, the Freedom Caucus has decided to throw a temper tantrum over the Debt Celling deal by declaring they will not support any bills. That and the sheer time waste it takes to address the screaming baby.

Now, the Freedom Caucus is defeating bills that limit Administrative Regulation and they supported.

I bet Speaker McCarthy is wishing he never gave into the 1 vote to call a floor vote to vacate.

The Freedom Caucus is an embarrassing joke. The new GOP Motto is, “Snatching Defeat from the Jaws of Victory.”
