That was fun to watch!

I'll be interested in how the alloy bullets shoot. Might do well +/- at close range but cannot imagine they'll do well at distances.

How fast were you pushing them?

I wonder if they would work (be accurate) at pellet gun velocities??????

Have a watch of this on the 7.92x41 CETME bullet made from aluminium. Solution to an aluminium bullet was to put a copper band around it.

Saeed--I doubt you have any problem with rust in the desert. I had an old pickup I was restoring and the bottom of the fenders had rusted. I cut out the rust and used body putty to fill it back in, but I mixed aluminum wool (like steel wool but aluminum) into the putty to give it body. Those aluminum shavings would work well for that.
