Is it doable? Something like the 40 and 45 swaging in http://castboolits.gunloads.co...owthread.php?t=70121 or anything different?

The proper dia. bullet is .355 But if one has lots of time one could swage 357 dia bullets down But why.

Are you sure your .357 Sig actually needs .355 bullets? I'm told by very trustworthy sources that many 9mm barrels actually will safely chamber and actually get better accuracy with a .357 diameter bullet. If they will chamber I would try letting your barrel do the swaging for you. NRA Life Member

I shot .357 bullets in my .38 super, which is a .356 bore all the time. It wouldn't shoot .355 bullets into a shotgun pattern.

I am not telling you to do it but I have fired a lot of .357 bullets in my Sigs with out any problems at all. One of my favorites is the Win. .357 jhp. I even crimp them in place! With cast bullets they may actually shoot better than those sized .355. C.G.B.
