1. a sexual predator who used his power, position and wealth to extort women into granting him sex,
or
2. a victim of the left wing, liberal women's empowerment movement and Democratic haters funded by Hollywood and like minded lefties,
or
3. a combination of parts of each of the above.

I personally believe #3 is the correct answer.

Have there been accusations of coerced sex? The only thing I have read is claims of "harassment" and discrimination.

Personally, I don't think O'Reilly would have been such a piece of trash except for Ailes. My guess, O'Reilly looked up to his CEO, Ailes, saw what he got away with, wanted to be like him, be able to brag about the same things, so he made his moves on the female FOX employees knowing he (O'Reilly) wasn't going to be reprimanded by Ailes. That's how a corporate culture rots; from the head down.
