I was watching the video thinking about tomorrow, another PSA test that may not make sense, again; and possibly another biopsy. I was thinking how something like he was demonstrating might be able to monitor my prostate, then he mentions PSA. I'm ready to go high tech rather than the same old digital exam.

The people that will fight this will be doctors and laboratories that just want to run as many of us through the mill to generate revenue for themselves, and could care less what is best for us. I think those self-interests feel they meet their "oath" if they "do no harm". Forget about whether they "do good", or "do the right thing".
