I have spent time in Wichita, KS at McConnell AFB,
it is an airplane-crazy town, Boeing, Cessna, Learjet, etc.
Apparently crazy pilots pass through there too, or at least one.
He was a bit confused, or impaired in some way, investigation pending ...
