This was more Jeff Coopers idea than mine, but I adopted it many years ago after being fed up with the parting messages on answering machines or in person, to "Have a nice day" or now, "Have a Blessed day". So on my answering machine, I use the suffix, "Shoot Straight." One can take that at face value or use the context of dealing fairly with others. All are good reasons.

Think it was the colonel who was fond of saying that to ride, shoot straight and speak the truth were three highly desirable attributes in a good citizen. Well, I come off a horse as if greased, and my Maker knows I have told my share of windies. So that leaves shooting straight, which reminds me I need to get back to the range here once it warms up again. There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author
