A friend mentioned he was using CoQ10 (along with his statin) to offset muscle weakness he was feeling. Anyone here getting any benefit from this coenzyme?

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

Let us know if you try it Ken. Currently on Atorvastatin.

I don't have muscle weakness. I have muscle stiffness from the statins.

My wife is a retired orthopedic surgeon. She does not think it works. One of her former partners thinks it MIGHT. The jury is out he says.

I took it for 6 months. It made no difference to me personally. I quit.

I bought a bottle. I'll try it and if I don't see any improvement, I won't buy a second bottle.

Personally, I haven’t seen much effect in my patients. The ones who like supplements swear it works, the rest pretty much give up on it within a month or two.

I don’t think it hurts, but positive effect I doubt.

If everyone who thinks they need it buys 1 bottle, the sellers will be ecstatic. Let’s see some large scale, double blind studies in a reputable journal that show it works, THEN buy it. Obviously the makers aren’t doing such studies- it might burst their bubble....

Some people believe anything. Those are likely the ones this helps.

My office manager is this way. She goes to a chiropractor for EVERYTHING. She absolutely believes!
