Based on a little net research, the seller's name is Paul Ruffino, he had or has a concrete finishing type business in NYC called Stonetech of Rockland. Purely speculation, but he might have inherited it or be representing someone who did.

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

A gunsmith's shop for 30 K sounds like a bargain. Anywhere but in the Northeast and especially in New York.
