We will be teaching reloading two days--I posted this on another site but wanted all to know about this opportunity: Thought I had posted here about our gathering 15-17 April. Sorry I missed it. We will have several classes on different subjects and lots of range time at pistol and rifle. Camp Millstone 4-H camp is a nice facility that we have been meeting at for over ten years. If you can make it or want to know specifics then PM or E for details/pics. $20 per family and $5 for cabin rental(or tent/RV free). That covers the fish fry Friday PM, country ham (with all the trimmings and fresh biscuits) breakfasts, and lunchs. You cannot eat at home that cheap for three days. Tactical entry, alternative shooting positions/techniques, ladies and children's self defense by certified instructors, accuracy and fun shoots, nuke/fallout protection class, Angora rabbit fur spinning, knife defense, plus fun events and the Dutch Oven cooking contest Sat. evening. Something for the entire family. Canoes for fun/fishing or just to take moma for a romantic outing. Just don't be smooching in the canoe--they will tip over-lol. The camp is near Ellerbe, NC 10 miles north of Rockingham. Again, PM if you can make it as we want to have adequate food and supplies. Fun auction Sat evening that pays for the dining hall and kitchen rental-you will be surprised what some bring in to toss onto the table. Folks from 8-10 sites come so you will meet lots of like minded ordinary folks just like you and I. It is not militia, right wing conspiracy, or extremist--just folks who want to provide for their families under any circumstances. Oh yes, we will have three or more reloading presses with all the tools so you can learn how to reload. Bring your brass if you like and learn from case preparation to chronographing your finished rounds at the range. Fine opportunity for those wanting to learn how to "roll your own". | ||
