this reminds me of something that has happened here, but does happen all over. R/E ; rags to rags in only 3-4 generations. We had a cattle/land baron who passed away last year at the age of 96. He owned all the land around here. He had 2 kids. The son committed suicide. The daughter had 4 kids who respect the value of nothing after having everything all their lives. After the empire that he created, I wonder how long it will be before the grandkids spend it all.
