Some may, but not all. This one is comical.

Guy called me today; could hardly speak English. He knew my name and address -- I thought it might be a new client or something, so I listened, but first asked him who he was. He said he was "Mr. Murphy". I guess some Irishmen procreated in India, so I continued to listen.

First story was he had a certified package for me. I said I was not expecting a certified package and he said I had one and he needed "just a little information." I told him I didn't want the package and hung up.

He called back. Now he had a better offer -- a car. He had a car to deliver to me -- just wanted to drop it off. When I wouldn't give him any information for a car, he said I had won $2.5 million dollars in a sweepstakes (which I never entered of course). Wanted me to get on a website to "give him some verifying information" of course.

No, they are not getting better -- at least not this guy. Why don't they at least come out with their best offer first?

I recall when Lucy was totally pissed about too many people on this planet, etc. To which Linus replied "Why don't you leave?"
