There has been a rash of burglaries in our area. Isolated farm shops seem to be the target. My shop here at home is protected with landline based system. However I have a barn on one farm 6 miles away that is used for machinery storage. I would like to have some protection for that location. There is no landline phone service there. I heard an ad for Simplisafe and started to educate myself on these wireless systems. Cellular based alarm. Does anyone have any real experience with these and could you please relate your opinion? I also looked at Frontpoint and Alarm.com. Any input would be appreciated.

Randy. I've been using one like this one for 3 years now. I had my doubts at first, but it's proven to work very well. It will activate an audible alarm and initiate several calls to whatever numbers you input.
You can add or subtract modules as needed.No false alarms yet.
