We got 14 inches of that white stuff here in my home town,I thought winter was coming to a close,I guess that's what I get for thinking.

You got more snow out of that one storm than we've had all winter here. We usually have between 4 and 7 1/2 feet on the ground but, not this year.

our last storm dropped 28"s then it rained 3"s 2 days later.
I have to take the canoe down to the rifle range to hang targets.

We've got about 2 ft. of the white stuff, keeps piling up and temperatures are staying in the minus celsius range. I'd kill for a little Global Warming. Smiler

It was 74 here today,sunshine + a nice northerly breeze. We have to enjoy it now because very soon we will be in triple digits W/ high humidity.Every place has its ups + downs.

Texas can be finickey. Last night we had tornado warnings along with horizontal lightning strikes,high winds,etc.The temp. dropped to 36 degrees.Today it never got over 40 deg.On the bright side,this will hardy up the tomatoes.

We got another 16 inches of snow. It started snowing Friday around 4:00 PM and quit on Saturday around 2:00 PM,We are suppose to get another 3 to 6 inches by late Today and then Sleet and winds up to 50mph. Generator is ready to go LOL.

it just started here about 1/2 hr ago, and it's supposed to run all night and half of tomorrow so you got plenty more coming.
at least the hurricane wind stopped in time for me to get the fence fixed and go find the garbage cans before dark.

Another 4 inches of snow yesterday and thru the night.(25 inches total) The weather man says we will have some small pockets of snow until Thursday.

How in the world do ya'll make a living in those conditions?One has to go to work at some point + the grocery store as well.I know one just drives through the snow,etc. but how in the hell are you going to go to work in these conditions when you get there?
