Sounds like he was a real special case. Probably deserved it, but sorry they felt the need to share. Must have been a hard life living around him. They probably wish they had told him to his face before he died. Maybe they got some peace by finally getting it off their chest. Unlike some people (and I'm, for a change, not referring to Kensco here) who won't say "shit" with a mouth full of it, I am and have always been of the opinion that death didn't change a real Son of a Bitch into an angel or somehow improved his life's record . If he lied, stole, and was generally a miserable human, good riddance. Back in the late 80's when the construction business tanked I had a customer that fucked me out of over $5000.00 deliberately.That was a lot of money then when no other work was coming in + I as still responsible for paying the steel company for the raw materials.Anyway he later died.A guy from the supply house went to his funeral + told me about it. Said that the preacher told a joke at the graveside. Seems there were these to brothers down in Texas that were so rotten that they were into everything from child porn to selling heroin to gradeschool kids.Nothing too low. One day one of them dies;the remaining brother goes to the preacher + says he will pay him $1000.00 to do the service providing somewhere in the eulogy he mentions that his brother was a real saint.The preacher agrees,after all $1000.00 is $1000.00. When he starts the graveside service he starts laying in to the deceased about what a total low life SOB he was + just goes on + on but he rounds it up by saying, but next to his brother he was a real saint. Preacher must have known Clayton Doss. Never mistake motion for action. | |||
