My company is doing a project in Ghana and we put an Ad in the paper for applicants to submit their CVs for aptitude testing, for 32 operations, maintenance and administrative positions at a power plant. In the first two days we have received over 1,000 applications. We have rented a hall for it but it looks like we are going to have to do the screening in shifts to get through them all.
