Beyond magnificent , sealed for millennia. I once read about a sealed box there .So they drilled a small hole ,enough for a small TV camera and found a live insect wandering about !!
The mysteries of life ! When about the age of 10 the neighbor kind came banging on the door -'the martians were attacking ' ! My brother and I being dedicated scientists ran out to see them but there was nothing. We told the kid to report it to the police, as many people did.
The green cloud of gas , briefly seen ,was a high altitude research project by the gov't !!

Just back from Chichen itza. Some amazing things out there we will never understand fully. Of course, some would argue, god put them there to confuse us.
