I'm starting this off with one that is new to me, but is extremely smooth for only being 6 years old. Cognac Roullet et fils "Fine Fins Bois". No, it's not XO but it is VERY good for it's age. They make others (they've been in the business since 1780) going back before WWI which I am going to try now. I can't recall where I got this (Spec's Downtown Warehouse in Houston?), it's been sitting around my house for a couple of years but I'll look for some more. Smooth and mellow.
