Maybe I'm just a skeptic. Let me first say: I have been a marksman for many years with a variety of weapons. Crossbows are extremely accurate. Crossbow accuracy is excellent by all standards and almost without exception repeatable to within inches at distances of 25 yards (75 feet). It is inconceivable to me that a bolt aimed and shot at a distance of 15 feet from it's intended target could miss by about 12 inches. So, either this lady is totally incompetent or the aim was purposly supposed to miss it's target. She's his fiance. Maybe there's a huge insurance policy on him. In any event, she's a poor shot for sure. I'm familiar with Bob Markworth who has been doing shooting tricks for years with longbows, compounds and cross-bows and he and his assistants are always extremely careful. | |||
