Because of the snowstorm this weekend, NC Gov Pat Purdue declared all of NC in a State of Emergency.I mused to myself, so what? ... probably a way to get more money fron Uncle Sam. Then I ran across this;
North Carolina Firearms Laws

I find this unacceptable.
