Just finished watching the Canadian men's hockey game in the airport where they just finished winning the gold medal, not to be out done by our women's team who also captured gold in what can only be described as one of the greatest comebacks ever witnessed,the pinnacle of all trophies in the Winter Olympics!

A hugely successful hunt for what we Canadians consider precious game!

The men were/are fabulous. Only 3 total goals scored against them by the Six Teams they played in the Olympics, including shutouts of both Sweden and the USA. The women almost had the gold opportunity handed to them from a position of sure defeat (2 goals down), when the ace American woman player clutched big time and missed a would-be game-clinching shot at an empty net with less than 4 minutes left.

Still went well, though.

Also, applause to the Russians who swept the podium in Cross Country Skiing...Gold, Silver & Bronze
