I happen to know few who have had a "BEEF" with Kobe. Just don't try to sell me an action that's been in a fire.

I was aware of the procedure but had never seen it. I have eaten it and it is very fine.
Is it worth the extra cost? Not sure but like so many things, don't forget about the "snob" appeal.

I have had it. Really fatty and I prefer lean meats. I could not eat it and another at the table ate it and thought it was wonderful.
