I just read a bit of the claim but the basic argument is that 3M did not instruct the Military that the soldiers should adjust the earplugs if they loosened. I've been using those silicone plugs since the 1970's without any issues. If they loosen and you hear air you reposition. How in the hell is that 3M's fault? My guess is it is like folks do in the nuclear power industry where I work. They don't like the feel of the earplugs so they just lay them in their ears to make it look like they are wearing them. | ||

A sign of the times; just one more BS lawsuit because "the victim" was too stupid to use common sense. Kinda like the McDonalds hot coffee in lap suit. I'll bet some of our attorney members could really elaborate on this. Never mistake motion for action. | |||
