One Wisconsin legislator says it's an extreme measure. Maybe not. The Supreme court has already ruled and said (In regard to immigration) a state can not encroach on Federal authority by enforcing Federal statutes. Bottom line: Ergo, states would be encroaching on Federal statutes if they enforce Federal gun laws!
