Has anyone ever challenged a Medicare determination and won? I would like to appeal a co-pay they have stuck me with. | ||

Kensco,wish I could answer your question but I don't know where to go. I might in another 2 years.I do know that this eye surgery that cost me $4K,had I been able to wait for Medicare would have cost me $190.00.When you are contesting with the ones who have control of the money,from day one it's an uphill battle.If you find out anything please post as it would be an advantage to all of us. Suck it up and pay. The rich ones always whine the most.  xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere. NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.
