I did this tonight for a side dish for dinner (salmon) after getting the recipe from a magazine in the grocery store. Cut 'em in half, olive oil and salt, and grill them for three minutes a side. The wife made a salsa of tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, and some more olive oil for on top. Absolutely delicious! Having had them a zillion times before cold in dips and whatnot, having them grilled and hot is an eye-opener. In this summer grilling season, I wholeheartedly recommend! _____________________________________________________ No safe queens! | ||

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll try that. I have some jalapenos stuffed w/pan sausage + wrapped w/ bacon for use on the grill. That will be a perfect appetizer combo.Thanks for sharing. Never mistake motion for action. | |||
