Changing a mount

I have a question for any of the taxidermist out there. I have a cape buffalo mount. It was really well done, but it's huge. It takes up a lot of wall space. Can a taxidermist take an existing mount and change it? Specifically, could you take a mount designed to be on the wall and re-work it as a pedestal mount? (yes, I know that will be large as well)

Thanks in advance.

Wildlife Artist did an Impala for me and it was absolutely awesome. I would highly recommend him. If you have any questions about his work PM me.
