FrostbitA wise old taxidermist once told me..."Don't look at other mounts look at actual pictures of live animals and decide what pose you want."

Focus on the word "wise" Jerry, not the word "old". Just to prove you are not old, I will let you pack out my Caribou.

Looks like he probably could pack out your Bou but truth be told from what I've heard when you are hunting the Bou are safe.
Tell everyone how good you did the year you ate a lifetime supply of Moose Stew at my house.

I felt really bad for Jerry though since he paid the price for your bad Juju.

Jerry HuffakerThe moose stew was definitely a highlight of our trip, looking forward to having that again one day. The only thing about Wendell was all of those strange noises coming from his sleeping bag

Not to get back on topic or anything...
If I had a ratel to mount I'd seriously consider giving him a snake or big lizard, might be able to get the gist from one of
these. Or get a good carver to whittle a honey guide for him to interact with.

lavacaGood luck with your mount. They are beautiful.
Interesting animals. I've seen one face off a gemsbok bull, hold his own and cause the gemsbok to back off. My most personal encounter was one that tried to come in the front window of a pit blind in Namibia in 2004? or 2007? that was slapped with a cap. He left, but wrecked the whole blind overnight!
I'll never kill one. They remind me of me.
