I soaked them in Research mannikins velvet preserve. it worked well.

He had it in his freezer for a few days but It was fresh Doug, I preserved it here in the shop.

Jerry what is your recommended field preserve as it usually is a number of days before deer out here hit the taxidermist.
I usually get the clients to ask their what they prefer and then there is no excuse.
