Got my croc home from Rsa last week .The skin is tanned and mounted on black feld.The skin is wery stiff and the colour is grey!anybody have a good advice on how to get the glossy colour back and also make the skinn less stiff ? oils-greace etc ?

Any photos maybe ? I have a croc skin and I apply straight Johnsons Baby Oil to it every 12 months with a soft cloth. It brings up the sheen but I would not say that it is a soft skin - on the contrary pretty tough, but can be rolled big.
