What is the easiest way to get hair off a fresh deer skin? I used lime before, but the neck area never works right and it is a lot of work to scrape it off.

The neck is the hardest part to work on as you know. You can leave it in the lime water for longer and it helps if area you use is warm. Cold weather takes longer. I also use a drawknife and "whale away" on it as hard as I can.
