Not a clue. I tried to come up with something last year. The only thing I could think of was to incorporate one into a very large dream catcher. I also considered using one as the handle for a fly swatter made out of a wildebeest or oryx tail.

They would likely make good back scratchers. Maybe a shifter handle for your car?
I've seen furniture legs with carved eagles' feet at the ends of the legs grasping spheres that are the part of the leg that touches the floor. I don't guess Ostrich feet are real graspers, but maybe they could stand on their own supposrtign something like a small tray or speakers.
Some guys use deer hooves to make a rifle rack. Ostrich feet would look great grasping a rifle. The thing about the deer hooves is that they tend to look unnatural being upside down. That's why I would like to get me a pair of baboon hands or chimp hands to make a rifle rack out of.
