stevet50Dennis, These two bears are beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for about a year ago.. Looked at many of the sites listed here and couldn't find anything close to what I was thinking of. I wish I would have seen your creation before I did both bears seperately.
Do you have examples of any Lynx mounts you'vs done??. Thinking of something unquie with a dead rabbit.

Joe R. LockPlease, no one be offended, these are great mounts BTW, but I just can't get used to the pose of the bottom bear. The way his feet and legs are posed, he looks like a short legged fat man climbing stairs.

darksideI think the bears themselves are very nice, good detail. The rocks OK but the green moss is way to stark against the rock itself and you usually don't find long tufts of grass sticking out in clumps out of pure stone. I think most taxidermists fail on the habitat.

stevet50Joe R. If a bear of this size were to get into this position, this exactly how they would look, just because they are so ass-end heavy. Besides, if it were just a little bit off from perfect, you would much rather error on the side of heavy and rolely polely, than to be long, lanky and skinny like a greyhound. We've all seen too many of them.. In my humble opinion he NAILED IT...

NortonThe bears are as close to perfect as it gets..... awesome. I could do without the green polka dot rocks though if we're being critical.
