GracedogGood dealings with Dennis Harris of The Artistry of Wildlife
I recently had an aoudad mount delivered that I had contracted Dennis Harris of The Artistry of Wildlife to do for me. It was posted in this section, titled:Aoudad on July 20th. The pictures of this mount are outstanding, but don't do justice to just how great of a job that he did. The anatomical detail, symmetry, and balance of the mount are exceptional. I am fortunate to have mounts by many of the best taxidermists in the business in my game room, and this mount is easily the equal to any of them. My experience in having this mount done was excellent from start to finish. I originally told Dennis that I was unsure of what kind of posing I wanted. He suggested that I let him be creative with the mount. I am glad that I made this decision. What I received was a one of a kind mount that I am proud to have in my game room. I am used to waiting extended amounts of time to receive my mounts when dealing with some of the top level taxidermists, but in this case, the turnaround time on my mount was less than 5 months. I would strongly recommend his work to anyone out there, and will definitely send more work his way should I have more luck on future hunts.
