I have two leather backed Colobus monkey rugs. Does anyone know if it is legal to sell them in the USA and what would be a fair price? They are leather backed, six-skin rugs, 40" in diameter. Cannot answer your question. But a quick search shows them listed as CITES II. Trade is definitely regulated. What those regulations are I don't know.

I am making a big guess here, but you probably could sell it only within your state. I'm not sure how big the item is but I would think it would make a nicer ottoman topper rather than a floor rug. ~Ann

Looks like an aerial view of a skunk rugby game! I would recommend that you check with your state game department as well as a USFWS law enforcement officer in your state. They will have no idea, but let/make them find out. If they give you the OK, get it in writing if you can (probably won't happen) or at least record what they said, who said it, etc..
