This was taken by my friend Ed Kriete hunting with Paddy Curtis in August, 2009 in northern Tanzania. The beautiful taxidermy is by John Pyles Taxidermy Studio of Orlando, Florida.

Gorgeous! I always am drawn to look at the legs on mounted cats as they seem awfully hard to get right. Looks like he got them right on this one.

Yeah, John and his folks really do faces well. This cat looks like it has just spotted dinner.

He's just now finishing the trophies from the 2009 safari and I will post more pictures as I get them loaded.

Wonderful work!

I have been thinking my next leopard may get the "sitting dog" pose. That pict may have sealed the deal.

I like the tail tip flip too!
