Excellent, thanks for sharing. Most I see are painted too gray and the boss is not right. Great job on this one.

Jerry,
I've now seen several of your cape buffaloes and have also seen many done by other taxidermists. I have to tell you, you have a knack for getting these brutes to look their meanest. The work you do especially around their eyes is far superior to any I've seen. Congrats on a job well done and to the hunter for an exceptional trophy.

Except that I prefer a mount with a slight turn rather than looking straight ahead that's, by far, the nicest buffalo mount I've ever seen. Superb work.

Very nice. I like what you do with the eyes and ears. You consistently handle the cape buffs at a very high level.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
