Very nice looking mounts Mary. The ear work is particularly fine. The second fox is really fantastic.

Well if I happened to take a bob cat, I know who's going to mount it.
Super Work.

Chris thanks you for your kind comments!

I can't get that man to do anything that involves the computor! The extent of his so called ability on the computor is looking at parts for or anything to do with '65 barracuda's on e-bay..lol! I think he is using the same stategy I do when I tell him "if you love me you'll skin this for me"...lol! Well I guess it works for us. Wink

Kind regards,
Mary

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

very nice (to the untrained eye).

I am in the UK and have never seen any plant material like those holed sticks in the fox/pheasant mount. To the UK eye they look very odd indeed, though they must be something natural given the obvious skill and care that has gone into these mounts.

Just curious....but what are they?

Cholla cactus skeletons. A very sought after item for desert habitats.
