Where and when were the capes tanned? How big is the Gemsbok?
What condition is the face and ears of the Gemsbok?

The capes were tanned in Anchorage, I am not sure of the tannery name, but I can find out if you need. My dad is a taxidermist and lives there in the summer, but is now somewhere in Arizona enjoying his semi retired life.

The buffalo was shot in October 2006, arrived in Anchorage around May 2007 I believe. Tanned shortly afterwards.

The gemsbuck was taken in October 2005, shipped to Anchorage in July 2006 and tanned shortly afterwards. It was from a bull that had one horn curved around in a circle, the straight horn was 36" and the curved horn 40". I don't recall the base measurment but it was a big bull.

I will try and post more pictures of the face and ears tomorrow.
