You could try a little Super Glue Gel. Just put a small amount on the inside of the skin and hold together, while avoiding contact to the hair. | |||

I stay away from Super Glue (cyanoacrylate) in any form. It does bond flesh instantly, but that's living flesh. On tanned hides, it has a tendency to crystalize over the years and become very VERY brittle. I've seen the pop open and the ear tips fall off because of it. RETIRED Taxidermist | |||
