Need some help here. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone to preserve and tan a gator skin, and someone who can do a mount?

I understand that alligator hide is a bit different, and that there are only a few places that can do it right.

Jim, not to imply anything bad about John Walker as I don't even know the man, but you have some excellent and very qualified taxidermists much closer to home. You could go on the Taxidermy Net and post under their "Wanted" forum and might get a larger response. I know the Texas Taxidermists Association is a huge group and perhaps they can help you on this one.
