L. David KeithJerry, I assume this could be done with an open mouth? He looks exactly like my first Kudu as he picked flowers off some sort of tall bush. I can't remember the name of the flower, but he sure was relishing every bite. I like this mount! David

Good idea.
I would not open his mouth too much. I watched this young kudu pick flowers like you describe. He barely opened his mouth, plucking them with his soft lips like a horse would eat grain out of your hand.

L. David KeithThanx Grafton. My ram was eating some sort of large, yellow flower. I was eventually at 220 yards when I took my shot. As I occasionally took a quick update glance with my bino's, it did appear to be "sucking" the flowers off the branches like grapes. Cool pic with great detail.
