Research and Mckenzie just carry closed mouth forms.

Art Line Taxidermy in Denmark carries an open mouth form, but it's going to run around $400 to my door.

sorry, I misread your post. Smiler I can do that(alter) but it will take more than opening the mouth. The head angle is wrong for open mouth as well. It can be done though, but I was hoping to find an open mouth form.
