I have a frozen desert sheep life size hide I want to have tanned for a future life size mount. I want to choose the best method so I can store the hide after tanning until I find someone who wants it for a life size mount. That might take time.

With that in mind what tanning method should I look for from a taxidermist/hide dresser firm to meet my above goal?
