OverlandBirdman Studios does exceptional work. I know they had stopped taking work but it looks like they have some availability again. There are a few well-known bird-only taxidermists out there.

blaser93Hear the thing about birdman. You get in-line after you send him your bird. He calls you when it’s your turn. Then you pay in full at that time before he starts

L. David KeithTodd/Birdman Studio's is a no brainer in your area. Outstanding work. Just FYI: migratory birds cannot be sold if a customer doesn't pick it up. Felony to sell one. Therefore, it is not unusual for a Taxidermist to charge 1/2 or all up front.
