Just wondering what the average time is on a deer mount from tanned hide to mount?
What's the average time for prep work on a green deer cape as well before it is tanned?

I am not a pro, but have done it for 40+ years. It takes me a day to prep a hide to mount, before tanning it myself. Pressure wash to remove membrane, thin nose/eyes/ears/mouth. Three days in the tan. Takes me half day to thin and final prep a hide just out of tan. Takes me parts of two days to mount, another couple hours to finish. I am slow.
