Our double Kafue lechwe mount from 2015 is ready for collection and shipment. Hunted with Andrew Baldry and mounted by Donclaire Taxidermy in Newcastle RSA.

I worked on the design of the pedestal with Linus of Donclaire, so that the cabinet will hold a few good bottles of malt and cognac for those special moments in the trophy room!

The cabinet has 3 panels of hide front, left and right, and the two lechwe can be moved on the surface.

Now I have to decide exactly what to put in it other than 4 cut tumbles and 4 balloons!

I will likely change the handle to brass.

I like it !
