A couple meathods that I use when customers bring in antlers that are nicatein stained from being in a bar room or have gotten discolored for some other reason is using,



Basic White with 40 volume Hygrogen Peroxide.(not prox. 3% that you get from the drug store.)



Magmesium Carbonate mixed with Hydogen Peroxide 3%.



Borax in warm water scrubed using 0000 steel wool.



You can get these supplies from Van Dyke's Taxidermy supplies. You can find them on the web. The Borax & Hydrogen Peroxide 3% you get at dang near all shopping centers.Any one of these 3 methods should do the trick.
